Allegheny Health Network (AHN) is recruiting a full-time Interventional Pulmonary and Critical Physician to join our high-volume IP program across the Pittsburgh region. The successful candidate will provide advanced bronchoscopy and IP services within the pulmonary and critical care departments.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of ACGME-accredited Pulmonary & Critical Care training.
• Completion of an Interventional Pulmonology fellowship.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Interventional Pulmonology.
• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure prior to start date.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy, including EBUS and navigational/robotic bronchoscopy.
• Grow and standardize the lung nodule program across the network and participate in multidisciplinary thoracic oncology.
• Deliver advanced critical care in state-of-the-art ICUs with physician and nursing support.
• Collaborate within a physician-led division and engage in mentorship and learning with Advanced Practice Providers.
• Engage with the Department of Medicine's research team on clinical research and quality improvement projects in Interventional Pulmonology.
