Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Pulmonary Critical Care Physician with advanced training or focused interest in Interventional Pulmonology to support the Canton and South Region practices. The role combines comprehensive pulmonary and critical care with expansion of interventional pulmonology services, in inpatient and outpatient settings, within a nationally recognized health system.

Academic appointment at the Lerner College of Medicine is available; compensation is competitive and benefits

Qualifications

• MD or DO (or foreign equivalent) required.
• Completion of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine fellowship required.
• Interventional Pulmonology training or demonstrated expertise preferred.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine.
• Eligible for Ohio medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality pulmonary and critical care for inpatients and outpatients.
• Perform and advance interventional pulmonology procedures (bronchoscopy, EBUS, pleural disease management).
• participate in ICU coverage, consult services, and procedural call.
• Collaborate with thoracic surgery, oncology, radiology, pathology and anesthesia in multidisciplinary care.
• Contribute to program development, quality initiatives, and conferences.
• Engage in teaching and mentorship of residents, fellows, and advanced practice providers.

Education

MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)

Completion of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine fellowship

Additional training or demonstrated expertise in Interventional Pulmonology

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine

Eligibility for Ohio state medical licensure
