Job summary

Virtua Health in South Jersey seeks a fellowship-trained Interventional Gastroenterologist to join a growing Digestive Health program. You will help build an advanced endoscopy program within a physician-led system and collaborate with a large team of gastroenterologists and subspecialists.

The role focuses on minimally invasive procedures, multidisciplinary care, and program growth, with access to state-of-the-art endoscopy suites and strong referral networks.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Completion of Advanced/Interventional Gastroenterology fellowship.
• Expertise in ERCP and EUS required.
• Strong interest in multidisciplinary, team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced interventional GI procedures (ERCP, EUS, complex endoscopy).
• Collaborate with surgery, oncology, hepatology, and radiology teams.
• Participate in interventional gastroenterology call rotation.
• Contribute to program growth, quality initiatives, and teaching.
