Job summary

Ability Matters, LLC seeks a hands‑on leader to guide instructional staff in a Columbus school setting. You will lead a team of Instructional Assistants & Paraprofessionals, develop IEPs aligned with student goals, and provide direct instruction tailored to individual learners.

Using data to inform teaching strategies, you will collaborate with families, schools, and service providers to support student growth, transitions, and long‑term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Valid Ohio Department of Education Intervention Specialist License.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Instructional Assistants & Paraprofessionals.
