Jackson Physician Search is seeking an Internal Medicine physician for 100% outpatient, adult primary care in Texas. The role offers strong autonomy with full ownership of patient care, including orders, follow-ups, and medication management.

You will supervise two NPs and one PA, with remote physician collaboration available and a supportive, mission-focused environment. Applicants must have at least 2 years of post-residency experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of post-residency experience to be considered.
• 100% outpatient adult primary care focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope outpatient care for adults, including chronic condition management (diabetes, hypertension, lipids).
• Own patient care including orders, follow-up, and medication management.
• Supervise 2 NPs and 1 PA; collaborate with remote physician colleagues as needed.
