Corewell Health Place in Grand Rapids seeks a Lead Interior Designer to coordinate and direct interior design across departments, ensuring brand standards and a system-wide strategy are applied. You will mentor staff and consultants, develop concepts, and present to leadership.
You will manage construction documents using CAD and Revit, oversee furniture/finish decisions, budgets, and schedules on complex projects, and ensure high-quality design outcomes in a health-care environment.
Leads and coordinates all interior design work, including to function as the lead interior design consultant to all departments, units and other staff. Provides oversight to assign, guide, review and approve the related work of all other interior designer staff within the department, and any outsourced design consultants, to ensure that appropriate design process, solutions, standards and documentation are produced and applied.
