Job summary

The role emphasizes design development, documentation, and coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure project goals are met. You will manage small projects or defined aspects of larger efforts while growing professionally in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program.
• 5+ years of professional interior design experience.
• NCIDQ and/or LID certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design Development: Develop and refine interior design concepts that align with client goals and budgets.
• Project & Client Management: Independently manage small interior design projects or lead components of larger projects and coordinate with clients.
• Documentation & Implementation: Produce construction documents and coordinate with the project team during construction.
• Professional Growth: Stay informed on interior design trends and participate in firmwide professional development.
