Adfinitas Health seeks a BC/BE Lead Intensivist to join the Mercy Medical Center ICU in Springfield, MA. The role involves daytime, flexible block scheduling and leading a multidisciplinary critical care team to manage ICU patients and develop treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have CCM board certification, strong inpatient skills, and a track record of collaborating with APPs to deliver high-quality patient care. Massachusetts licensure and ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Critical Care Medicine.
• Strong inpatient skill set.

• Experience working with advanced practice providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage Critical Care patients in a busy ICU.
• Lead care plans daily and coordinate with the team.
• Lead ACLS codes and Rapid Response Team evaluations.
• Oversee Advanced Practice Providers.
• Submit accurate charges for professional services.
