Job summary

TeamHealth and Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts, are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible intensivist trained in pulmonary and critical care to join our ICU team. You’ll work a two-physician coverage model with shifts from 7a-7p and 8a-8p, caring for an 18-bed ICU and 12-bed PCU, collaborating with advanced practice clinicians to deliver high-quality inpatient pulmonary care.

Competitive base salary ranges from $320,000 to $420,000 annually with incentives, plus

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in critical care.
• Trained in pulmonary and critical care medicine.
• Experience in ICU management and leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a vital part of our collaborative model, you’ll be part of a two-physician coverage team each day. Shifts are from 7a-7p and 8a-8p. Intensivists work alongside experienced advanced practice clinicians to provide expert care across our 18-bed ICU and 12-bed PCU.
