Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• MBA or MS preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• 5–7 years total experience in IT environment.
• 2+ years leading teams and providing work direction in integration engineering or related roles.
• Experience with performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration platform strategy and oversee API, middleware, and cloud integration services.
• Architect and manage automation solutions to reduce manual processes.
• Lead cloud integration and automation services with Azure.
• Mentor integration engineers, automation specialists, and cloud architects.
• Plan, execute, and deliver integration and automation projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Ensure data consistency, security, and compliance of integration environments.
• Assess and adopt new integration, automation, and cloud tools to improve capabilities.
• Communicate strategies, progress, and risks to leadership and provide training/docs.
