Ayo? Ayosemi is seeking an Integrated Systems Lead to join a growing hardware and AI team in Boston.

You will interface across photonics, electronics, hardware and AI groups to ensure coherent system-level interfaces, schedules, and technical dependencies, then drive multi-team projects from kickoff to completion. You will validate performance with models and simulations, and serve as the main technical contact for government and commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, or Physics.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Experience with system-level models or simulations and technical reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across photonics, electronics, hardware and AI teams to align interfaces, timelines and dependencies.
• Drive cross-team projects from kickoff through completion and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure data collection and models/simulations validate system-level performance.
• Serve as primary technical and programmatic contact for government and commercial customers.
• Support proposals for government and commercial customers.
• Translate system-level requirements into scoped work across teams.
• Develop milestone-based execution plans with scheduling, resources and risk management.
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies at the system level.
