An established industry player is on the lookout for a seasoned Integrated Master Scheduler to lead a dynamic team supporting a significant U.S. Army contract. This pivotal role involves developing and maintaining comprehensive schedules, ensuring project milestones are met while providing expert guidance and mentorship to team members. The ideal candidate will bring over 12 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a current SECRET security clearance. We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Integrated Master Scheduler to serve as the senior scheduler for a 14-person multidiscipline acquisition, logistics, operations, engineering, and foreign military sales team supporting a large U.S. Army SETA contract headquartered at Fort Belvoir, VA. This key leader will also serve as the senior scheduler for the contract, assisting the Contract Program Manager with establishing scheduling standards and best practices across the organization. Application to this position includes pre-hire assessments in general cognition, technical aptitude, communication, and soft skills.
The position is contingent upon candidate’s ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $80,500 to $149,500 (annualized USD).
