Qualifications

• 7+ years in health care with managed care experience
• 1+ year of management/leadership experience
• Active and unrestricted clinical licensure where required by state contract/regulation

• Ability to collaborate in a highly matrixed organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of care management, utilization management, transition of care, and LTSS functions
• Ensure compliance with state/federal standards and Molina clinical model
• Lead day-to-day operations and drive staff productivity
• Monitor staffing levels and service quality to maintain customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with leadership and other departments on system and program needs
• Support cross-functional integration to improve continuity of care
• Maintain relationships with providers and state agencies
• Identify opportunities for care delivery and process improvements
