Job summary

HNTB Corporation seeks an Integrated Construction Technology Lead to drive digital delivery across planning, design, construction and operations for major infrastructure programs. You will implement Bentley platforms, develop scalable D2C workflows, and mentor teams to raise standards.

Collaborating with clients and project teams, you will translate complex requirements into practical solutions that improve collaboration, data integrity and project outcomes throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with extensive relevant experience.
• Deep experience implementing infrastructure technology platforms and BIM/digital delivery workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Bentley ecosystem and integration with CAD, GIS, scheduling and field data.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of infrastructure digital delivery solutions across planning, design, construction and operations.
• Develop integrated design-to-construction workflows and governance frameworks.
