Qualifications

• Registered nursing or related clinical licensure as required by contract/state.
• Experience in managed care operations and care coordination preferred.
• Ability to lead teams across care management, utilization, and behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Oversees performance of a healthcare services team across care management, utilization management, and LTSS.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards.
• Leads interdisciplinary care team meetings and monitors performance metrics.
• Manages staff, staffing levels, and customer satisfaction.
