Job summary

RPT Alliance, a Bowman company, seeks an Instrumentation & Controls Engineer IV in Houston, TX. You will lead the discipline, provide technical direction, and mentor junior staff while driving innovation across projects.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, strong knowledge of process control systems, and a PE license is preferred. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• PE license preferred.
• Extensive instrument & controls engineering knowledge.
• Proficient in engineering software for design, simulation, and analysis.
• Ability to interpret drawings, schematics and specs.

Responsibilities

• Size and select equipment; perform analyses and deliverables.
• Support design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of facilities.
• Present deliverables to project teams, leadership, vendors and clients.
• Plan and track deliverables to meet project schedules.
