Lead Instructor – MNTSTUDIO, San Francisco

We are seeking a Certified Lead Instructor to lead teaching, mentor instructors, and support studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Teach 15–20 Reformer classes and private sessions weekly.
• Maintain high standards of safety, empowerment, and client experience.
• Serve as primary substitute when needed.
• Represent MNTSTUDIO as an ambassador.
• Oversee instructor scheduling and coordination across studios.
• Conduct class audits, performance reviews, and support instructor growth.
• Mentor and coach instructors, fostering a supportive studio culture.
• Complete the MNTSTUDIO Reformer Certification Program and train staff in the MNT Signature Method.
• Partner with VP of Training & Head of Education to recruit, train, and onboard new instructors.
• Lead the Marina Instructor Mentorship Program.
• Support the development and execution of Reformer and Heated Mat Certification Programs.
• Assist with outreach and recruitment for Teacher Trainings.
• Maintain Pilates equipment and ensure it is in excellent condition.
• Act as studio manager when required to keep operations running smoothly.
• Participate in studio sales and marketing, including events on behalf of MNTSTUDIO.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor with strong Reformer expertise.
• Minimum 3 years of group teaching experience.

• Experience managing teams or teacher training programs is a plus.
