Job summary

A leading children's enrichment center in Round Rock, Texas is looking for a Lead Instructor. In this role, you will teach fun and engaging classes to children aged 4 months to 12 years while creating a warm, nurturing environment. If you enjoy working with kids, providing excellent customer service, and want to make a positive impact, this is the job for you! You will be active throughout the day and help children build confidence through fun activities and gymnastics-based programs.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is a plus.
• Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to create a fun and warm environment for children.

A Lead Instructor takes the reins and is a leader of Serious Fun during our regularly scheduled classes.

• Provide outstanding customer service and experience. We treat our members like family here. (sometimes a smile goes a long way!)
• Create a warm and fun environment for the Children each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
