Job summary

A leading children's enrichment center in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a passionate Lead Instructor to join their team. In this role, you will teach engaging gymnastics classes to children aged 4 months to 12 years. You will create a fun and nurturing environment while providing excellent customer service to families. A Lead Instructor takes the reins and is a leader of Serious Fun during our regularly scheduled classes.

What we expect from you…

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method. We provide a mix of learning from our unique training program along with hands‑on training (all of which is paid).
• Provide outstanding customer service and experience. We strive to have families feel special each and every week (sometimes a smile goes a long way!)
• Create a warm and fun environment for the children each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
• Grow skills with children - we are gymnastics based AND we are focused on their social, emotional and cognitive development too!
• Shifts are mostly available for evening and weekend hours.
