Job summary

The Little Gym International in Durham is seeking a Lead Instructor to take the reins and lead Serious Fun during our regularly scheduled classes. You’ll teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum, provide outstanding service, and create a warm, fun environment for children each class.

As part of our team, you’ll treat every class and child as if it’s their first day, every week. If you love making kids smile, serving families, and staying in motion, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is helpful.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to engage families.
• Positive, upbeat demeanor with ability to motivate children.
