The US Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) Intelligence Training Academy seeks a Supervisory Instructional Systems Specialist Branch Chief to lead the design and development of training courses. Qualifications

• Must submit transcripts for IOR review.
• Education must include four of five specified areas (learning theory, instructional design, evaluation, product development, computers in education).
• Experience leading or managing intelligence training programs and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead or manage intelligence training programs, including curricula, courses, and learning modalities.
• Oversee accreditation processes, LMS, and workforce development programs.
• Apply training-related laws, regulations, policies and standards.
• Supervise staff: assign work, set priorities, evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and improve training resources, contracts, and effectiveness.
