Job summary

Innovative Environments in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Lead Installer of Commercial Signage to supervise the on-site installation crew, ensure safety, quality, and clear communication, and physically install ADA signage. Travel out of state may be required.

You will handle administrative tasks, log time, update Fieldwire, and keep PMs and clients informed. The role requires sign installation/fabrication experience, a high school diploma, and owning tools.

Position Description:

The Lead Installer is responsible for supervising the installation crew on-site to ensure the safety of the crew, quality of the installation, while providing world class service and effective communication to all parties. This position will also physically install ADA signage. Candidate must be able to travel out of state.

Administrative

• Enter data into the End of Install Report (daily, at completion of installation)
• Keeping PM’s and Clients up to date in real time of any installation issues
• Input updates and information into Fieldwire (daily)
• Accurately log time into company software (daily)
