Requirements:

• Must live within commutable distance to Valdosta, FL
• Truck required for Lead Installer (Under 10 years old; older trucks require evaluation)
• Ability to tow 8,000 lbs. and pull a 16' trailer
• Money-motivated & hardworking

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Pay Range: $65,000 - $110,000

Work Schedule:

• Typical Start Time: 7:00 AM
• Typical End Time: 4:00 PM
• Work Location: In-person (not remote)

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Proper use of hand tools and industrial floor grinders
• Applying coatings using brush and roller techniques
• Using hand flaking application
• Lifting and handling buckets of 50 lbs. or more
• Physical labor will be performed

Preferred Qualifications:

Construction or outdoor work background
Familiarity with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Painting or concrete experience
Hand tool experience
Trackable work history
