Andersen Corporation is seeking an Install Lead I to oversee the installation of Renewal by Andersen windows and doors. You will guide a team of installers, coordinate on-site activities, and ensure safe, high-quality workmanship while maintaining strong homeowner relations.

The role emphasizes advanced carpentry skills, project management, and the ability to train others, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver's License; ability to pass fleet check.
• Basic construction techniques; knowledge of building materials and terminology.
• State Contractors license preferred.
• Broad knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation projects for Renewal by Andersen windows and doors.
• Demonstrate strong project management and collaboration with others.
• Provide mentoring, training and coaching to Install staff.
• Assess jobsite hazards prior to commencement and address as needed.
• Collaborate with installers to optimize tear outs and installation techniques.
• Maintain positive homeowner relations and ensure flawless first-time installations.
• Adhere to Renewal safety programs and training requirements; follow fleet policies.
• Provide general warehouse support and assist with minor service calls.

An Install Lead I provides a customizable experience with specialty skills.Responsibilities:* Strong ability to multitask and collaborate with others* Demonstrate strong project management skills* Advanced knowledge of service parts and procedures* Advanced bending and application of all standard aluminum applications (Flat wraps, BM, etc.)* Advanced finish carpentry (Step trim and Wide Trim)* Ability to install these product types offered by RbA (L-Flange, BM, Insert, New Construction (DB, GL, CS, PW, Patio Door)* Advanced assessment and problem-solving ability · Advanced finish carpentry (step trim and wide trim)* Assess jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work.
