An Install Lead I provides a customizable experience with specialty skills. Responsibilities: \* Strong ability to multitask and collaborate with others \* Demonstrate strong project management skills \* Advanced knowledge of service parts and procedures \* Advanced bending and application of all standard aluminum applications (Flat wraps, BM, etc.) \* Advanced finish carpentry (Step trim and Wide Trim) \* Ability to install these product types offered by RbA (L-Flange, BM, Insert, New Construction (DB, GL, CS, PW, Patio Door) \* Advanced assessment and problem-solving ability · Advanced finish carpentry (step trim and wide trim) \* Assess jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work.
