Job summary

ShadeWorks, a family-owned business in Gallatin, TN, is seeking a lead installer with at least 5 years of experience in construction or related fields. The ideal candidate will work hands-on alongside the installation crew, managing a small team and performing various installation tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in construction, mechanic, builder, installer, or handyman.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift products over 50 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

• Installing retractable screens and louvered pergolas.
• Managing an installation team of 1–3 people.
• Driving to/from job sites in a company vehicle.

Skills
