Job summary

The successful candidate will read complex drawings, mentor teammates, and drive lean manufacturing initiatives while maintaining accurate time records and adhering to safety

Qualifications

• 6+ years of installer/builder/assembler experience.
• Ability to read and interpret advanced blueprints.
• Senior-level installer responsible for complex installations and team leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with cross-functional collaboration with engineering and production teams.
• Leads, trains, mentors, and develops a cross-functional manufacturing team.
• Under general supervision, demonstrates initiative and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of installers to execute production processes safely and efficiently.
• Interpret job orders and drawings for the area of assignment.
• Layout and fabrication of equipment and parts.
• Operate trade-specific tools and machinery.
• Maintain accurate time records.
• Read and perform work instructions as written.
• Perform other assignments as directed by production management.
