HVAC Lead Installer Boot Camp – Elevate Your Career!

Are you ready to take the next step in your HVAC career? Join our HVAC Lead Installer Boot Camp, an intensive 3-week, pass-or-fail training program designed to transform skilled trade professionals into confident HVAC Lead Installers. At Topline Heating & Air, we’re looking for anyone that is willing to work in PA, NY, and OH. We are a multi-state company. Come be a part of our 5 star family oriented atmosphere!

Eligibility: Open to candidates from any region willing to work in any of these states (OH, NY, PA)
Location: Training in Lancaster, PA
Start Date: June 2, 2025
Duration: 3 weeks

Program Breakdown:
Week 1: Apprenticeship – Hands-on foundational training
Week 2: Lead Training + EPA Certification Test
Week 3: In-the-Field Work + Final Testing

Compensation & Benefits:
Training Pay: $15–$20/hr based on experience
Post-Training Pay: $25/hr

Tools Provided:
Option to return tools provided or keep them with cost deducted from pay

Travel & Lodging:
Flights and hotel/air bnb costs covered (Out of State, and Pittsburgh)

Schedule:
Day 1, Monday June 2nd: 10:00 AM start
Tuesday to Friday: 7:00 AM start

Qualifications:
1–2 years in a hands-on trade (e.g., Construction, Painting, Auto Mechanics, Electrical)
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Must be willing to undergo a drug screen, background check, and driver history check
Must be able to lift 75 lbs or more and stand/walk for 8 or more hours
