Bluffton Builders is seeking an experienced bathroom remodeler and acrylic shower installer who can lead, build, and run a team that delivers better results than the current setup.

You’ll start in the field as a lead installer, hands-on from day one, working side by side with ownership to establish a high-quality, efficient in-house installation culture for the Lowcountry.

Responsibilities

• Lead installer in the field starting day one, hands-on and working alongside ownership.
• Help build the in-house installation team for the one-day bath division.
• Train installers the right way and set the standard for how jobs are done across the Lowcountry.
