Job summary

Palmetto Bath of Atlanta is seeking a Production Manager / Lead Installer to lead bath/shower remodel projects from the Marietta area across greater Atlanta. The role starts as a lead installer and quickly builds a team of installers while upholding high installation standards.

Ideal candidates bring a strong framing/finishing background and experience with acrylic systems, tub-to-shower conversions, and full bathroom remodels.

• The team is seeking a Production Manager / Lead Installer with experience installing acrylic and solid surface bath systems who takes pride in quality workmanship and is ready for greater leadership responsibility.

The Role You Will Play

• In this "production role", the Production Manager will start as a lead installer, with the expectation of quickly building and leading a team of other installers.
• Utilizing a strong construction background (framing, finishing), the Production Manager will run the installation process for bath / shower remodels, independently completing shower, tub, and bathroom remodeling installations; leading junior installers on larger projects; and training/mentoring installers while maintaining company installation standards.
• The Production Manager takes ownership of installation quality across all projects; reviews upcoming projects for installation readiness, materials, measurements, and job details; and identifies potential challenges before work begins and help develop solutions all while driving company standards around timeliness, cleanliness, communication, professionalism, and quality.
• This role is entrusted to maintain professional communication with homeowners throughout the installation process and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Strong construction background with ability and interest in framing and finishing
• Installation experience with Acrylic skills would be ideal
• Experience with tub-to-shower conversions, shower replacements, and bathroom remodeling projects
• Experience leading projects and working independently to troubleshoot on site
• Strong understanding of bathroom remodeling best practices and installation standards
• Must own and maintain professional installation tools
• Must own and maintain a reliable truck, van, or SUV
