Job summary

Expo Home Improvement in Texas is seeking a Lead Installer to oversee bathroom remodel projects. You will manage a two-person installation team, ensure timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction on residential sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of installers to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to high standards.
• Ensure proper installation techniques and safety procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

Installation & Quality Assurance

• Install various remodeling components, including bathtubs, showers, and other bath fixtures, ensuring precision and high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ensure all installations meet or exceed company and industry standards for quality and safety.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with the Installation Manager to ensure materials and supplies are available and projects stay on schedule.
