We are seeking skilled Installers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing residential bathroom renovation projects with precision and professionalism. If you have experience as a Carpenter, Handyman, Residential Remodeler, Construction Worker, or Plumber, this is a great opportunity to apply your skills in a structured, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

Assisting Installation Teams:

• Work alongside the Lead Installer to assist with bathroom and kitchen remodel installations.
• Learn and apply proper installation techniques for various materials and systems used in remodeling projects.
• Perform tasks such as prepping job sites, assembling materials, and assisting with installation setups.

Skill Development:

• Participate in training programs to learn about installation techniques, tools, materials, and safety practices.
• Continuously improve installation skills by observing and assisting senior installers in a hands-on environment.

Safety & Cleanliness:

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in maintaining clean job sites, ensuring materials are properly stored, and equipment is well-maintained.

Customer Service Support:

• Assist in addressing customer questions and concerns during the installation process under the guidance of the lead installer.
• Ensure that customer satisfaction is prioritized by maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Tool & Equipment Handling:

• Learn how to properly handle and maintain installation tools and equipment.
• Report any damaged or broken tools to the lead installer for replacement.

Time Management & Efficiency:

• Support installation teams by assisting in completing tasks within deadlines and maintaining high productivity levels.
• Develop an understanding of time management to optimize daily work schedules and project timelines.
