SugarHouse Industries in Midvale, UT is seeking a skilled Lead Awning Installation Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Lead Awning Installation Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while installing custom-made awnings at residential and commercial properties. This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $30, based on experience and expertise, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, paid time off, and various employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities

1. Review orders and participate in daily production meetings.
2. Load tools, equipment, and products onto a company truck.
3. Work with a team of 2-4 installers to install awnings using ladders, hand tools, and power tools.
4. Maintain respectful communication with clients and team members.
5. Ensure safety and efficiency during installations.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency with power and hand tools.
2. Physical ability to work at heights and lift over 50 lbs.
3. Strong teamwork skills and ability to interpret technical drawings.
4. Punctuality, reliability, and commitment to customer service.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with some Saturday work required. Includes a daily lunch break.
