Lead Plumber Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install complete plumbing systems including tankless water heaters, tank water heaters, filtration systems, etc.
• Utilize Straight Forward Pricing correctly on each call
• Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to ensure everything is working properly and the job was completed correctly
• Explain each service performed to the client and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a neat work area and wear floor savers inside the client’s home
• Maintain a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving
• Keep work truck clean and organized
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues
• Perform maintenance on plumbing systems
• Operate the company-provided truck as a senior-level lead plumber

Lead Plumber Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 5-10 years of experience preferred, 3-5 years acceptable (verifiable)
• Good communication skills
• Experience with various plumbing systems, including hydronic heating, high-efficiency water heaters, sewer systems, and water treatment
• Organized, forward-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
