Custom Sign Center is seeking to hire a full-time lead installer / service technician to work from our Columbus, OH headquarters. Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years electrical sign installation / service experience.
2. Ability to operate both crane and bucket trucks. (Crane operator's certification is required.)
3. Clean driver license (CDL is preferred).
4. Ability to install and wire / service channel letters, pylon/monument signs, LED displays, awnings, canopies, etc. without supervision.
5. Ability to supervise 1 or 2 assistant/apprentice level field technicians.
6. Willingness to travel (Company-paid drive time, meals, and hotels).
