The position supports day shift operations on a 12-hour schedule (7:00am–7:00pm) under Quality Plans, performing inspections, packing, basic rework, and routine housekeeping on the production

Qualifications

• Read and understand basic English.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Understand ISO documentation: OP 34 and OP W23.

Responsibilities

• Briefly talk with Inspector Packer/Shift Supervisor about problems that happened during the previous shift.
• Inspect product per Quality Plan, Criteria Board, or other documented instructions- record information on proper form.
• Pack product per Quality Plan or documented concession.
• Communicate with the Supervisor for further instructions.
• Perform secondary operations and rework per Quality Plans, Criteria Boards and as instructed by Supervisor.
• Secondary and rework operations include and are not limited to drilling, trimming, sorting and assembly.
• Report any quality and safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Housekeeping and GMP Procedures
• Maintain record keeping as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
