Opus Inspection is seeking a Lead Lane Inspector in Gary, IN to serve as a trusted leader, coach, and go-to resource for staff and customers while ensuring daily station operations run smoothly.

You will lead by example, mentor teammates, and coordinate lane operations, inspections, and emissions testing. The role emphasizes training, customer service excellence, and a proactive approach to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Leadership, trainer, supervisor, or team lead experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and help create a positive, energetic work environment.
