Kaiser Permanente in Vallejo, CA is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist lead who will provide functional direction and training to the inpatient pharmacy team. You will consult with patients and medical personnel on medication therapy and supervise distribution, compounding, and dispensing of products.

The role emphasizes quality, safety, and cost-effective prescribing in a hospital setting. The position requires a Pharm.D or B.S.

Competenze

• B.S. degree in Pharmacy OR Pharm.D required.
• Pharmacist License (California) within 1 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support.
• National Provider Identifier required at hire.
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK.
• Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

• Provides functional direction and training to Inpatient Pharmacists and other pharmacy personnel.
