We are seeking experienced Molding Process Technicians with excellent skills and strong initiative to join our team.

Opportunities are available on all shifts!

POSITION SUMMARY

Follow start-up and first piece approval procedures. Responsible for adjusting set-up specifications. Identify and implement continuous improvements in mold processes and troubleshooting.

MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform and oversee mold and material change processes.
• Ensure mold set up, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are met.
• Ensure successful start-ups for new jobs, making necessary adjustments.
• Work with production personnel to ensure molded parts meet requirements and make adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot processing problems, including normal adjustments and checks.
• Set and verify parameters on molding machines and supporting systems to meet production goals.
• Verify process parameters and implement changes to improve cycle times.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specifications.
• Stop production to correct quality issues when necessary.
• Inspect machines daily for maintenance issues and report findings to maintenance.
• Monitor, train, and coach machine operators on proper procedures.
• Follow all cleanup and housekeeping procedures.
