Magenta Care LLC in Seattle, WA seeks a Lead Infusion RN to lead and mentor the home infusion nursing team. You will perform advanced IV placement, troubleshoot complications, and ensure safe, high-quality infusion therapy while supporting onboarding and interviewing of nurses.

Travel to support patients and expansion initiatives is required. The role rewards CRNI/IG certifications with premium pay and offers leadership growth opportunities within a nurse-led environment.

Qualifications

• Active WA RN license (or Compact license)
• CV/BLS/CPR certification current
• Minimum 1 year Home Infusion RN experience
• Excellent IV insertion skills required
• CRNI and/or IG preferred, with premiums cited
• Driver's license with insurability, reliable transportation
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor staff
• Strong customer service and documentation discipline

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced IV placement, including difficult sticks.
• Deliver safe, high-quality home infusion therapy per protocols.
• Lead as an extension of the Director of Clinical Services.
• Mentor and provide clinical guidance to RNs.
• Troubleshoot infusion reactions and complications.
• Serve as first-line clinical support for staff.
• Train and onboard new infusion nurses.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
