Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for Data Center infrastructure operations.
• Manage installation, deployment, migration, and decommissioning of hardware.
• Handle server, network, and storage provisioning, including racking and coordination with vendors and onsite teams.
• Perform troubleshooting of hardware and Windows Server OS issues.
• Support and maintain networking devices and related infrastructure components.
• Manage KVM-based remote access systems for server administration.
• Ensure proper documentation of infrastructure changes, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure deployments and upgrades.
• Support Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices in Windows-based environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Data Center / Infrastructure Support
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and devices
• Hands‑on experience in Windows Server Administration
• Experience in server, network, and storage deployments
• Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware and OS‑level issues)
