B&B Concrete is seeking a dedicated professional to own project performance from initiation to completion on heavy civil infrastructure projects in Des Moines. You will partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently, while tracking costs and forecasting performance.

• Contracts: Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Problem Solving: Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Relationships: Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
