Qualifications

• Strong NAC visibility and telemetry integrations for admission decisions and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Proficient in network infrastructure tech and languages (e.g., Python, Ansible).
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support infrastructure workflows with validation and security awareness.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted recommendations before implementation to ensure resiliency and auditability.
• Desire to expand infrastructure knowledge across domains and automation.

As a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate Sector – Enterprise Network team, you exhibit both depth and breadth of knowledge regarding software, applications, and technical processes across multiple technical disciplines. You also have a specialization in a specific domain within infrastructure engineering to drive programs or initiatives consisting of multiple technologies and applications.

Job responsibilities

• Applies deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies focused on analyzing complex data and systems, anticipating issues, considering upstream and downstream implications, and advising on mitigation actions
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate analysis of complex infrastructure signals and documentation of mitigation options, validating outputs and handling operational data according to sensitivity and security requirements
• Partners with other platforms to architect and implement changes required to resolve issues and modernize the organization and technology processes
• Executes conventional approaches to build or break down technical problems
• Drives results and implements multiple complex programs.
• Drives thought leadership within the product line
• Partners with application and infrastructure teams to identify potential capacity risks and govern remediation statuses

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering or infrastructure engineering and 5+ years applied experience
• Enterprise-scale NAC engineering and rollout leadership, including architecture/design, discovery/classification/control policy creation, phased enforcement for unauthorized devices, and operational ownership across enterprise network (notably ForeScout/CounterACT and integrations to networking stacks).
• Strong NAC visibility and integration posture: deployment/maintenance of relevant plugins/modules and telemetry feeds (e.g., wireless controllers, switch integrations, endpoint security tool modules) to enrich admission decisions and executive reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related discipline
• Proficient in specific network infrastructure technology and programming languages (e.g., Python, Ansible, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support infrastructure engineering workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations before implementation, escalating when uncertain and ensuring outcomes align to resiliency, security, and auditability expectations
• Drives to develop infrastructure engineering knowledge of additional domains, data fluency, and automation knowledge
