Prudential Financial, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Infrastructure Security Engineer specializing in Identity Governance to join the Global Technology team in the United States.

You will work with product owners, tech leads, and engineers to enhance identity governance platforms, develop software and automated solutions, and manage user access lifecycles in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 6+ years in Java/Spring with Python experience, cloud skills (AWS/Azure), and strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience developing software applications with a primary focus on Java (Spring framework) and some experience on Python.
• Strong background in Java development, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, and building scalable enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and application development.
• Experience building cloud-based applications on AWS or Azure.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with SDLC tools such as Git, Jira, Jenkins, etc.
