The Work:
  1. Create and own Security Artifacts such as System Security Plans and Security Assessment Reports.
  2. Provide guidance and support for the development of Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M).
  3. Create and develop ATO Packages for technology offerings.
  4. Propose and ensure systems comply with security policies (NIST 800, FedRAMP, FISMA, RMF, etc.).
  5. Review and interpret network and application vulnerability and compliance scans.
  6. Lead ongoing quality control analysis of vulnerability processes.
  7. Lead vulnerability review meetings with senior leadership.
  8. Prepare and present security reports, findings, and recommendations to client leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of cybersecurity and/or IT experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; additional experience may substitute for degree.
  • Ability to maintain and update federal security frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA, RMF, NIST SP 800 series, NIST SP 800-53).
  • Experience presenting security matters to clients.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
Preferred Skills and Certifications:
  • Experience in system or network administration.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, Security+, CEH.

We offer competitive compensation based on location and experience, along with comprehensive benefits. The salary range for this role in specified states is $160,700—$306,500 USD.
