Role Overview

The Lead Information Security Systems Engineer – Identity Infrastructure and Directory Services is responsible for overseeing enterprise identity systems, including Active Directory, identity lifecycle management, and access control technologies. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing identity infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability, and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and optimize enterprise identity infrastructure (Active Directory, SSO, MFA, certificates).
2. Mentor team members on directory operations, identity governance, and access management.
3. Collaborate to integrate identity systems with applications and cloud platforms.
4. Drive initiatives for passwordless authentication, Zero Trust, and identity segmentation.
5. Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports on system health and security posture.
6. Manage vendor relationships and strategic projects.

Job Summary

Lead day-to-day operations of technical security controls, oversee security systems, and provide security consulting. Build and maintain cybersecurity systems, lead security control implementations, and ensure compliance. Mentor team members and manage strategic initiatives, documentation, and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or IT; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Cyber Security.
• Security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, Security+, CEH) preferred.
