The University of Central Florida is seeking an Information Security Professional IV, Lead to oversee Identity Governance and Access Management across the university. You will provide senior-level leadership, guide provisioning workflows, and coordinate with security teams to strengthen identity security, access controls, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading Identity Governance and Access Management programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and improvement of identity governance and access management services.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for the Identity Governance and Access Management team.
• Oversee identity lifecycle processes and provisioning/de-provisioning workflows.
• Govern privileged accounts, service accounts, and machine identities.
• Drive security design decisions, risk management, and audit readiness in IAM.
• Collaborate with business units and security teams to improve access governance and application security.
