Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a Lead Information Security Engineer to design, implement, and continuously improve security controls across networks, cloud, endpoints, and data. The role acts as a technical authority on security architecture, partnering with other Information Services teams to assess risks and ensure secure deployment of new technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of information security experience required, including hands-on design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise security technologies and controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in information security or an equivalent combination of work and education required.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and implement secure network solutions, cloud environments (Azure), and application security controls.
• Lead security architecture reviews for new technologies, applications, infrastructure, and cloud services; identify security risks and gaps and provide technical recommendations.
• Secure Azure resources and IaaS solutions to ensure deployments meet security standards.
• Manage and onboard SIEM log sources, ensuring security-relevant logs are available for SOC use.
• Design, implement, and optimize DLP policies and SWG controls to protect data.
• Develop and maintain security standards, technical controls, and configuration guidelines.
• Evaluate vulnerabilities and remediation strategies in collaboration with technical teams.
• Provide engineering support during security incidents, including containment and remediation.
• Evaluate security technologies and participate in PoCs with vendors.
