Cognizant is seeking a Lead Informatica MDM Developer to design, develop, support, and enhance enterprise Master Data Management solutions leveraging Informatica MDM, IDQ, and IDMC platforms. This role focuses on Golden Record management, source onboarding, data quality, and cloud-based synchronization with AWS and Snowflake.

Competenze

• 6-8 years of experience in Master Data Management, data integration, or enterprise data platform development.
• Strong hands-on Informatica MDM (Multi-Domain) expertise including models, match/merge rules, trust, workflows, and SIF APIs.
• Experience with IDQ, IDMC, and PowerCenter implementations and support.
• Knowledge of API integration, messaging, batch processing, and data synchronization architectures.
• Experience with AWS services including DynamoDB and CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms for real-time/batch sync.
• Production support, monitoring, incident management, and operational processes.
• Strong SQL, data quality, governance, and data modeling expertise.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Informatica MDM Developer to design, develop, support, and enhance enterprise Master Data Management solutions leveraging Informatica MDM, IDQ, and IDMC platforms. This role will be responsible for Golden Record management, source system onboarding, data quality, integrations, operational support, and cloud-based data synchronization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Informatica MDM architecture, data integration, AWS-based solutions, and stakeholder management. This position requires technical leadership, production support experience, and the ability to coordinate onsite-offshore delivery teams.

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Informatica MDM configurations, including Match Rules, Trust Frameworks, Data Models, SIF APIs, and MDM Packages.
• Configure and integrate source systems into the MDM ecosystem while supporting onboarding and data migration activities.
• Develop and support Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) solutions for data cleansing, validation, standardization, and governance.
• Design and implement inbound APIs, outbound events, MQ integrations, and enterprise data exchange services.
• Manage Golden Record creation, stewardship, data lineage, survivorship, and master data governance processes.
• Build and maintain AWS-based data synchronization and caching solutions using DynamoDB and integrations with Snowflake and enterprise data platforms.
• Monitor platform health and operational performance using Dynatrace, Kibana/ELK, CloudWatch, XMatters, and related observability tools.
• Support batch scheduling, job monitoring, production operations, and critical incident response in a 24x7 support environment.
• Develop automated testing, unit testing, and performance testing solutions using tools such as Cucumber, JUnit, and JMeter.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, release management, and source code governance using GitHub and DevOps practices.
• Work directly with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct solution reviews, and provide technical recommendations.
• Act as the onsite technical lead and primary point of contact while coordinating delivery activities with offshore teams.

What you need to have to be considered

• 6 - 8 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Integration, or Enterprise Data Platform development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM (Multi-Domain), including data models, match and merge rules, trust configuration, workflows, and SIF APIs.
• Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), IDMC, and PowerCenter implementations and support.
• Strong knowledge of API integration, messaging services, batch processing, enterprise integration patterns, and data synchronization architectures.
• Experience with AWS services including DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and cloud-based data integration solutions.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms for real-time and batch data synchronization.
• Experience supporting production environments, monitoring tools, incident management, and operational support processes.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, data quality, data governance, and master data management expertise.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, troubleshooting, and technical leadership skills.
• Experience leading onsite-offshore delivery teams and mentoring junior developers is preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[109,000 - 123,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
