Job summary

The Gardner School of Minnetonka is seeking a Lead Teacher for Infant & Toddler Programs. You will guide the classroom with warmth and creativity, mentor assistants, and build strong family relationships to support growth.

Qualifications include Minnesota CDA or equivalent and a preferred Bachelor’s in Early Childhood. The role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits, with opportunities for advancement within our growing program.

Compensation

Competitive pay ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on education and experience.

Additional Compensation: Participation in the Minnesota Great Start Compensation Support Payment Program, providing financial support to eligible early childhood educators.
